These high-responsibility roles demand mental sharpness and emotional control.

But over time, they can quietly increase metabolic risk.


What Is Metabolic Risk?

Metabolic risk refers to changes in the body that increase the likelihood of:

  • Abdominal weight gain

  • Insulin resistance

  • Elevated blood sugar

  • High triglycerides
